Terms of Service

Last updated September 11, 2026

These terms cover your use of Netwarming, on the website and in the iOS app. Using the app means you accept them.

Your account

You need an account to use most of Netwarming. Give us accurate information about yourself, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

One account per person. Netwarming is built on who you actually are and who you actually know, so accounts that impersonate someone else will be removed.

What the app is for

Netwarming helps professionals find local networking events, keep track of the people they meet, and make introductions. Use it for that.

Do not use it to send bulk unsolicited messages, to scrape or copy other people's information out of the app, to harass anyone, to post content that is unlawful or obscene, or to get around the app's own limits.

Other people's information

The app lets you store contacts, notes, and business cards about people who may not use Netwarming. That information is in your care. Use it for your own networking, keep it to yourself, and do not sell it or feed it into a mailing list.

If someone asks you to remove their information, remove it.

Event photographs

When you upload a photograph of an event, you are saying you were entitled to take it and to share it with the people who were there.

Tagging someone does not publish the photograph to their network. They have to approve it first, and they can untag themselves at any time. Respect that — do not re-upload a photograph somebody has removed themselves from.

Events and organizations

Netwarming lists networking events published by chambers, associations, and similar groups. We collect them automatically and do not run them. Times, prices, and locations can change or be wrong, and an event appearing here is not an endorsement of it. Check with the organizer before you go.

If you claim an organization, you are saying you are authorized to represent it.

Paid plans

Paid plans are sold on the website and billed through Stripe. A plan renews until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves you on the paid features until the period you already paid for runs out.

The iOS app does not sell anything.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it as the app requires — showing your profile to your network, showing an event photograph to the people who were at that event — and nothing beyond that.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then My Account, then Delete Account. See the privacy policy for exactly what deletion removes.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why unless there is a legal reason not to.

No warranty, and limits

Netwarming is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not responsible for what comes of a meeting, an introduction, or a business relationship that started here. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes and we will say so in the app. Carrying on using Netwarming after that means you accept the new version.
